Najib should know better.

I thought Shaariibuu had withdrawn the suit against Najib. There is every
likelihood the case will be thrown out of the Malaysian court if it ever is
heard in Malaysia and if even so it may take a century before court
appearances take place.
The other alternative is to charge him at the International Court in Dhaig.
Of course Najib may just refuse to appear for the trial. Ini sangat susah.

It is the job of the police to take up the case in the public interest and
thus allow Najib to clear his name if he is not guilty. If Rosmah need to be
charged, so be it. Justice must be seen to be done. Rosmah will have a
chance to clear her name too. What is so frightening for both of them?
