Damn, these girls are violent and heartless as hell. These young girls
from Malaysia think they are real gangsters. When it come to a
country's faith, they say show me your children and I will show you
your future. Malaysia better watch out because the future in this
video is looking pretty dim. At least I think its from Malaysia but a
lot of people say this video is Singaporean but most say it is
Malaysian. I am sure some one will recognize the villains if not the
victim and confirm where it if from thus making the proper authorities
aware. People have asked for this to be posted to bring it to the
attention of the authorities, only thing is needed now is comments
from people in the know. People sending in this video describe the
group of bully we see as "Lala girls" and most say this took place in
Malaysia.

The judges in their verdict blamed the lawyers for phrasing the wrong
questions. If one raises the contention, the answer will be to that
contention. And if the contention raised is wrongly phrased, the
answer will be to that phrased question. And this is even worse if the
contention is on the final appeal in short iti critical to "design"

Mc is a very common Scottish family name. What makes McDonald to have
the right to claim millions of Scottish family name to be copyrighted?

So the US General McArthur must change his name too?

Who owns McCurry? Justice in Malaysia is always in favour of the well

HONG KONG: Award-winning Malaysian singer Gary Chaw and Hong Kong
artiste Justin Lo are normally the best of friends. But the two pop
stars turned into the worst of enemies during a roadside brawl after
drinks at a pub here.

The local paparazzi were rewarded with dramatic photos of Chaw and Lo
punching each other and Chaw kicking Lo while the latter was in the
back seat of a taxi.

Lo, better known as Zak Tin, was even invited as the guest singer at
Chaw’s concert in Malaysia last year.

On Tuesday night, they had gone for a drink at a pub with several
friends at Central district.
When they're not fighting: Lo (right) appeared as a guest singer at
Chaw’s concert in Kuala Lumpur last year.

At about 1am, Chaw left the pub in anger while Lo followed with a “red
face”. They then had a heated argument by the roadside.

Hong Kong’s Oriental Daily News reported that Chaw punched Lo until he
collapsed on the side of the road.

Lo got up and fought back. After a while, they were pulled apart by
their friends.

In a dramatic turn of events, the duo left in a taxi together with two
male friends but the vehicle made an emergency stop soon after.

Chaw alighted and was seen jumping on the street and calling out to Lo
to step out for a one-on-one fight. The latter refused.

The 30-year-old Malaysian then kicked at Lo who was in the back seat.

After a while, the 33-year-old Lo got off and was seen grimacing in
pain, using his hands to cover his groin.

Then Chaw grabbed a road sign and attempted to hit Lo with it, but was
stopped by their friends.

Half-an-hour later, both of them left separately accompanied by
friends. Chaw behaved as though nothing had happened during an
interview with a Hong Kong radio station on Wednesday. He only talked
about his concert in November.

At a press conference in Hong Kong last night though, Chaw apologised
to Lo for his act.

“I have no excuses, no reasons. I am wrong. I am willing to take
whatever responsibility, punishment....

“Justin had never wanted to hurt me with his actions. It is very
obvious this is not a fight ... it was me who lost control,” he said.

Chaw, who was born in Sabah, was sent to study in Canada when he was
only nine. He returned home and participated in an Astro singing
contest in 1999 but lost.

Later, he was signed up by a recording company and released his album
Xiao Wo Ben (Laugh at my stupidity).

Lo, who is also a song-writer and record producer born in America, was
signed up as a singer in 2005.

The same year, his debut album Justin was released and became a hit
with 15,000 copies sold on the first day. He held his debut concert at
the Hong Kong Coliseum the next year and the tickets were sold out
within 10 minutes.

He held his seventh concert in Malaysia on Christmas eve in 2006.

Anamalai was afraid of getting into copyright infringement, which is
unfounded.

I quote from Malaysiakini:
Sultan Ahmad Shah of Pahang has been accused of turning his back on
his illegitimate daughter whom he fathered as a result of an alleged
affair with a Filipino nurse in the early 1980s.

The daughter, Carla Brizuela Shah, 19, and her mother, Dina Brizuela
Cooper, 47, are currently living in California, United States.

Khalwat shock for hubby on wife’s birthday

A MAN who was about to surprise his wife on her birthday with her
favourite cake and flowers received a rude shock instead. He saw her
being arrested for khalwat with another man, Harian Metro reported.

The 31-year-old man from Sungai Petani, Kedah, was returning home with
the gifts when he saw his wife leaving in her car alone.

“I had a bad feeling about it, so I followed her and she drove to a
hotel in Kangar,” he said.

At the hotel, the husband, who works as senior techician at a factory,
bumped into anti-vice or JAIPS officers who were conducting a raid
after receiving a tip-off from the public.

“I was stunned when I saw my wife with another man in the room,” he
said. The 31-year-old woman had driven about 80km to the hotel.

The couple, who have been married for eight years, have two daughters
aged two and six.

The husband said he had had heard rumours that his wife, who carries
four handphones, was cheating on him.

JAIPS director Abdul Malik Hussin said the team knocked on the door of
the hotel room and when the woman opened it, they saw a man on the
bed.

“The woman, who works in the Immigration Department, gave an excuse
that she was having a business discussion with the man at about
5.30am,” he said.

The man was released as he was a non-Muslim but the woman’s case would
be mentioned in the Syariah Court next week. She was released on bail
of RM2,000 after being questioned by JAIPS

So while Sudan’s Lubna Ahmed al-Hussein escaped caning, Malaysian
model Kartika Sari Dewi Shukarno is in danger of actually being caned.
The press has quoted Home Minister Datuk Seri Hishammuddin Hussein as
having “cleared” the Prisons Department to cane model Kartika Sari

But WAIT!

Look at these pictures, the Home Minister himself should also be
caned. He was caught drinking beer too. These are old photos that
nobody care a damn. But they now have a new meaning to the world. Why
shouldn't he be caned? Is it because he is a male? Is it because he is
a Minister? Or is it because he is the son of former PM Hussein Onn?
What ever it is, this integrity-less and hypocritical leaders in
Malaysia should be booted out in the next General Elections.

HONG KONG : Mafia threats aren't the only reason why Hong Kong
superstar Andy Lau decided to keep his relationship with long-time
girlfriend, now wife, Carol Chu, a secret.

According to media reports, the Heavenly King had received an
'indecent proposal' by a Malaysian Datuk (an honorary title bestowed
by the Sultan) to spend the night together after she became infatuated
with the star.

While the 47-year-old politely declined her request, he kept his
relationship with Chu under wraps to protect the latter. Last week,
Lau came under fire for not acknowledging Chu to protect her after
being threatened by the infamous Hong Kong mafia.

In 1983, Lau was just starting out his career with the hit television
drama series "Return of the Condor Heroes". His popularity was gaining
all over Asia and won over the hearts of many female fans, reported
Malaysia’s Guang Ming Daily.

As the television series exposed Lau to the Asian market, he often had
to travel to Malaysia for promotional events and appearances. These
were often well attended and it was at one of these events that the
Datuk came to know of Lau.

Regarding Lau as the "man of her dreams", the Datuk was present at
every event in which he appeared. She also often gained access
backstage to get closer to him.

Lau was oblivious initially and thought that she was just an over
zealous fan or one of the event organisers in charge of autographs and
photo-taking sessions. Little did he know that she had expected much
more.

Rejecting her request, Lau had told her the he "was tired and wanted
to return to his hotel to rest".

In his letter to President Yudhoyono on Friday, Mr Lee said it is a

One Malaysia F1 team - waste of public money

Malaysian Prime Minister Najib Razak, right, holds a F1 car model during a press conference in Putrajaya, Malaysia, Tuesday, Sept. 15, 2009. Malaysia will form its own Malaysia F1 team with the Formula One Federation (FIA) having accepted Malaysia's bid to enter the 2010 and future FIA F1 championships, Prime Minister Najib Tun Razak said.(AP Photo/Vincent Thian)

One Malaysia F1 team

After Honda and BMW have quit Formula One, and when the country is facing an economic recession, the government makes an announcement of forming the “One Malaysia F1 team”. It shows the spirit of “Malaysia Boleh” but from the commercial point of view, could such a huge investment bring the country any remuneration?

There are pros and cons to own a F1 team. The pros include enhancing the popularity of the country, Proton, Air Asia, Sepang International Circuit (SIC) and other sponsors, particularly Proton, in the international arena.

In fact, Lotus used to own a remarkable F1 team. It had won the annual championship for seven times since its first entry into the F1 race in 1958. By entering the race, Proton may master the latest technology and overcome the weaknesses of the engine, so as to open up more oversea markets.

"Is it a wise decision to join as even some famous automobile companies are unable to sustain?"
Once Proton gains a good reputation, it can sell a large number of licensed products. At the same time, the Malaysian team's entry can stimulate F1 ticket sales, reversing SIC's gloomy operation. Also, the team may share the total prize of US$500 million, as well as the TV rights revenue.

However, the formation of a team costs a lot. First of all, the new team must pay the The International Automobile Federation, commonly known as FIA, an entry bond of US$48 million. Also, Malaysia has to raise funds to build a production, design and technology development centre near the SIC.

Although Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak did not disclose the cost of setting up the team, it is estimated to cost at least US$100 million, including the salaries and business entertainment expenses of the drivers and the captain. For example, after Honda took over the whole racing team in 2006, it had to allocate up to US$500 million for its annual budged.

We are worrying about the Malaysian team's ranking as the higher the points a team can accumulate, the higher the prize they get. If the Malaysian team is ranked at the bottom, it does not only have failed to gain popularity, but it may harm the brand. With Honda's technology, it had been suffering a bleak record for eight years and in 2007, the team was ranked number nine with only 14 accumulated points. Meanwhile, BMW decided to quit F1 because of its poor performance this year.

F1 is a “money-burning” sport. Even it does bring certain economic benefits, its return has been reduced under the shadow of the global financial turmoil and the automobile industry downturn. Is it a wise decision to join as even some famous automobile companies are unable to sustain?

Compared to other racing teams, the Malaysian team possesses the advantage of the government's support. But under the circumstances of deteriorating national budget deficit, would it be a wise investment?

What benefit has the country actually gained after spending US$130 million to build the circuit, hosting F1 races since 1999 and allowing Petronas to sponsor the BMW team for four years? It is better to show the people a clear account. The government should learn a lesson from previous failed investments in order to become a pragmatic investor. If I were Nazarudin, I will appeal on the grounds of miscarriage of justice.
I will question how Sharia Law can allow muslims to continue working in
Genting Highlands and why MAS can continue to have Muslim Air Stewards and
Stewardess serving alcohol on the plane. The Law in all its majesty treats
the rich and poor alike for stealing bread and sleeping under bridges. We
have to include those stealing big time from the country as well.

I suspect that if more muslims are caught drinking alcohol, the punishment
will be lifted for good and Sharia Law will be sidelined in preference to
Secular Law.

Respect decisions made by the syariah courts

Shariah lawyers to critics: Don't mess with court decisions
Malaysian Mirror: Do not harass or put pressure on those who are trying to
enforce Islamic laws, the Malaysian Syariah Lawyers'
Association (PGSM) advised critics.

In a statement jointly issued with Pembela, an umbrella body of several
Muslim NGOs, the association said everyone
should adhere to and respect the decisions made by the syariah courts.
Read the news item here: http://mt.m2day.org/2008/content/view/26168/84/
*********************************************

I don't know what these Shariah lawyers are so upset about. Kartika Sari
Dewi Shukarno has agreed to be caned. In fact,
she said she wants to be caned because she is ashamed of her actions and
regrets what she did.
The police then came to her house to arrest her and took her off to prison.
Half an hour later they sent her home.
This upset Katika who then went to the police station to make a police
report. She said she wants to cover herself in case
she is accused of trying to evade the caning sentence.

Kartika was arrested in Pahang, the home state of Prime Minister Najib Tun
Razak. The Pahang state government is under Umno and Barisan Nasional, not under PAS or Pakatan Rakyat. Najib, however, has asked Kartika to appeal the caning sentence. But Kartika refuses. She wants to be caned.

The 14 days grace period for Kartika to appeal her caning sentence has now
expired. This means she can no longer appeal the sentence and, therefore, it should be carried out immediately. But the government does not want to cane her.

They said they would only do it after the month of Ramadhan is over.
Why after Ramadhan? Why not now? There is no Islamic law and no verse in
the Quran that says no sentence should be
carried out during the month of Ramadhan.

Will the government now drop the caning sentence? And will they cite the
'pressure' as the excuse for dropping the caning sentence?

I, for one, would like to see the sentence carried out. This will open the
floodgates for an eventual full clampdown on liquor.

Islam says you must not drink, sell, serve, keep, profit from, etc., liquor
-- including working in any place that sells liquor,
own shares in the company, hold directorships, and much more. It is not
only forbidden to drink the stuff. It is also
forbidden to associate with the stuff in any way whatsoever.
Once Kartika has been caned then the government can go after the workers,
owners, shareholders, directors,
government officers who approved the licences, etc. Tens of thousands of
people will be hauled in and caned.

Genting, which is also in Pahang, Najib's home state, would have to sack
all their Muslim workers. So would Club Med
and all those other hotels in Pahang. They would have to sack all their
Muslim workers or else the managers and owners
of these establishments would get arrested and caned.

Oh, and my favourite, MAS. MAS will have to discontinue serving beer and
liquor onboard its flights or else it would have
to sack all the Muslim staff and employ non-Muslims. The Muslim workers in
the KLIA tax-free shops would also have to
be replaced with non-Muslims. KLIA itself would have to sack all its Muslim
workers or else the tax-free shops in KLIA
would have to stop selling liquor, cigarettes, tobacco and whatnot.
I am all for it. Let's see where we go from here. And please, Shariah
lawyers, don't mess with us.

Anyway, before I sign off, read what a Muslim lawyer wrote in his Blog:

If that is not shocking enough, consider section 177 of the Enakmen
Pentadbiran Ugama Islam dan Adat Resam Melayu
Pahang 1982 (the enactment under which Kartika is sentenced). Under this
section, a person who forces or allows his
wife to prostitute herself with the intention of earning an income from
such prostitution is liable to be fined RM4,000 or
imprisonment for 2 years or both and caning of not more than 6 lashes.
So, there we have it. RM5,000 fine or imprisonment of 3 years and 6 lashes
for consuming alcohol.

But RM4,000 fine or imprisonment of 2 years and 6 lashes for forcing one's
wife to be a prostitute!

Is there any wonder why Islam is viewed with ridicule and contempt?

Apparently in Malaysia corruption is a way of life. All those in control
believe strongly that that is a way of life and an Allah given right.
Basically all of them are classified into two major categories and they are
the small boats and the big boats or ships.

For the small boats, you spit

required. Lately the big boats have equiped themselves with toy boats as
well and the minions manning the ship will throw their toys boats into the

Subject: Court decisions

Be they from the civil courts or Sharia Courts, they must withstand the
scrutiny of the public. If it is a fair and correct decision, no one will
critisize it. If it is an incorrect decision or a decision made based on
eroneous data than it must be subjected to scrutiny even from its own
fraternity of judges.
The Sharia Court have made a decision on the woman who drank beer. It did
not take into consideration whether the woman's personal rights have been
compromised. If she is being punished, than it becomes beholden upon the
Sharia courts to make sure such rules are imposed on all muslims and
prevention is as much a more urgent critiria than being caught imbibing the
intoxicating drink. There is therefore a need to stop all sales of thsese
spirits and also all personels involved in the marketing of this product be
dismissed from their jobs.

This is absolute nonsense. You don't know what you are talking about.

Troubled MCA needs time to resolve crisis

KUALA LUMPUR, Sept 12 – An MCA leader has appealed to those watching the party’s current developments to give more time for it solve the deepening crisis.

Vice-president Datuk Seri Liow Tiong Lai said he was confident the party could handle its internal problems well, without any inteference from a third party.

Liow also brushed aside speculation, especially by the media, that the party was heading for a split, assuring that its unity was intact, in facing the crisis.

“Please give us a little more time to resolve all these problems amicably. I am confident with the party’s own mechanism, we will be able to handle this issue,” he told a news conference here today.

In the latest turn of events, sacked party deputy president Datuk Seri Dr Chua Soi Lek’s supporters yesterday submitted enough quorum to call for an extraordinary general meeting (EGM) after being challenged by the other faction led by president Datuk Seri Ong Tee Keat.

The presidential council had, at the same time, also endorsed a call for only one EGM to be held.

According to the MCA constitution, the secretary-general would have five days to set a date for an EGM after receiving requisitions from chief coordinator for the signature campaign, Datuk Tan Chai Ho, yesterday.

Reminding the party members that MCA should fulfill its promises made to the people to reform, Liow said the party was also taking in its stride, the current crisis.

He said its members should not waste time in bickering and instead, focus on its reform agendas.

“As the pendulum swayed away from the old behaviour, it is necessary for the party to have a stand on certain issues.

“We should stick to the principles in handling the issue and manage the behavourial change well,” he added.– Bernama

Andy Lau cannot have sex for 49 days

Monk bans Lau from sex to rid 'bad aura'

HONG KONG superstar Andy Lau has been told not to engage in sex while undergoing a 49-day ritual to get rid of "bad aura", Chinese dailies reported.

The 47-year-old was advised to do so by a monk who performed a ritual on his behalf after Lau sought his help.

He is believed to be facing the biggest "crisis" of his career after he came out in the open about his marriage to former Malaysian beauty queen Carol Chu.

The daily reported that in his 30-year career, Lau had faced numerous challenges including being sidelined by his former employer TVB and the failure of his investment at a film company but he managed to emerge unscathed.

Chu, who is reportedly pregnant after having undergone artificial insemination, sought help from the monk to rescue her famous husband's career.

It is said that Lau's fortune would become better after his birthday, which falls on Sept 27.

Lau and Chu registered their marriage in Las Vegas on June 23, last year.

Justice in Malaysia is becoming a huge joke. The next time UMNO sends its
people to protest and scream and shout racial taunts, the triads should come
forth and deal with them the best way they know how. I think some of these
UMNO leaders should be made to account for all these commotions. MCA, MIC,
Gerakan are all nicely asleep and waiting to run out of the country. How
else can they be so subservient!

UMNO SHOULD REFRAIN FROM MISLEADING THE MUSLIMS! Written by Admin

concurred with the stance taken by JIM (Jemaah Islah Malaysia) women’s
movement chief, Assoc. Prof Dr. Harlina Halizah Siraj demanding the
Syariah Judiciary to show full commitment towards implementing Islamic
teaching on controversy surrounding part-time model, Kartika Sari
Dewi.

PAS Sabah regretted the attitude of some UMNO leaders who were very
critical and unsupportive of the caning sentence as meted out by
Pahang Syariah High Court. I personally viewed the behaviour of these
UMNO leaders as one who were scared of how ”the outside world would
perceive and react” rather than “to fear Allah and His wrath for
abandoning the punishment ordained in the Quran.”All this while the
UMNO Muslim leaders were telling the Muslim community that Malaysia is
a great model of Islamic country practising the true teachings of
Islam. The UMNO Muslim leaders, in the past, told the Malaysian
Muslims that preparations were underway to meet the manpower needs for
the implementation of Syariah laws.

When Dato Seri Abdullah Ahmad Badawi’s term to helm the nation as the
5th Prime Minister taking over from Tun Dr. Mahathir, he introduced a
new version of Islamic brand dubbed the “Islam Hadhari”. It was just
yet another attempt to slow down the growing enthusiasm of the Muslims
to see the real implementation of the genuine Islamic laws as outlined
in the Quran and words of the noble Prophet Muhammad s.a.w.Millions
of ringgit were spent to organise forums, seminars, etc., with aims to
convince the people that Islam Hadhari does not run contrary to the
real Islam propagated by the noble Prophet Muhammad s.a.w. Yet,
nothing substancial resulted, money, time and energy were wasted, the
Muslims were further brought to confusion, and the Islam Hadhari
became mocked by the non-Muslims. The non-Muslims made joke of the
religion by saying that there were now two different versions of Islam
and they couldn’t comprehend which of the two were true Islam. In
response to Sabah Muslim Women Lawyers Association (Salwa) President,
Noor Azah Abdul Rahman’s agreement with the admission by Datuk Seri
Hishamuddin that the Syariah Judiciary does not have the expertise to
carry out the whipping sentence, PAS Sabah viewed the statement as
just a lame excuse stemming from their refusal to implement the hudud
laws. It was a silent objection to the Syariah Judiciary to carry out
the hudud punishment and one that only confirmed UMNO’s consistency in
objecting its implementation. What more could one say when the PAS-led
government in Kelantan tried to implement the Syariah Panel Code, was
warned by the then Prime Minister, Tun Dr Mahathir, that it could face
severe consequences should it go ahead with the implementation. There
was then uproar made by several UMNO leaders led by Tun Dr. Mahathir
that if hudud laws were to be carried out, the Muslims would be left
without hands and there would not be enough stones to meet the
development requirement. The same fate befell the PAS-led government in
Trengganu way back in 1999.

When the then Menteri Besar, Tuan Guru Dato Hj. Abdul Hadi Awang,
announced in the State Assembly that Syariah Panel Code had been
passed, UMNO leaders warned the police not to co-operate with the PAS
government in exercising their duties such as arresting Muslims found
to commit Syariah offences.UMNO Muslim leaders should not continuously
misled the people by giving weak excuses that the Syariah Judiciary
lacked expertise in carrying out the whipping. After more than 50
years of independence, the nation had produced professionals in all
fields. Medical doctors that need 6 years to complete their studies
are now serving either at government hospitals or in private clinics.
Just how long does it take to produce an expert in whipping?Must it
take longer than a medical doctor’s term of 6 years to graduate?
Teachers who were given the authority to cane students who misbehave,
were they ever given training? They were not trained, yet they cane
students. Some students’s parents even lodged police reports over
excessive caning that led to injury.

If Malaysia can boast of being leader in the syariah-compliant
Islamic financing globally, was it because UMNO crazes only for money
and anything with monetary gains? There was hardly any professionals
that could deal with Islamic finances and banking system initially,
but yet because it brings about monetary rewards to the nation,
opportunities were in abundance for the people to train in these
sectors. Malaysia is indeed one of the leading nation that produces
expertises in the syariah-compliant Islamic finances and banking
system. Why the lame excuse that the Syariah Judiciary lacked expertise
in carrying out the whipping sentence? Is it because of the fear that
there indeed are some leaders who indulge in liquour consumption and
could one day end up being whipped in the public
