Shocking that such comments can come from a Communications minister. One who is supposed to promote and encourage communications. malaysia is gone, in terms of modernisation and technology.

Information, Communications, Culture and Arts Minister Datuk Seri Rais Yatim was quoted as saying that Twitter and Facebook are "tools of the West that can erode Malaysian culture".
A winner will not have that kind of view.
A winner will call people to use Twitter and Facebook to promote Malaysian culture, rather than saying that they erode Malaysian culture.
Instead of surrendering so quickly to the wave of the future, look at how you can exploit such tools to your advantage and benefit.
